Villa del Mar is arranged over a main house of three floors, plus an independent apartment suite on the lower level beside the driveway. Conceived as a contemporary home with a touch of Mediterranean heritage, it pairs clean lines with soft archways and long walls of sliding glass that dissolve the line between inside and out.
The ground floor opens into a reception hall and the first of the villa's well-equipped kitchens, with pantry and breakfast bar, giving onto the main shaded dining terrace. Three bedrooms sit off the hall: two kings and a twin, each en-suite, each with sea views and doors to the terrace.
An exterior stair climbs to the first floor, the heart of the home: a lofty, wood-beamed, open-plan living space with a fireside sitting area, a lounge, a dining area opening to a covered patio, and the second kitchen. A primary suite completes this floor, with a private sea-view balcony and an opulent en-suite.
A floating stair leads to the second floor and three more bedrooms, including a master suite with its own lounge and a bathroom with freestanding tub, opening onto a private balcony and a shared panoramic terrace. The self-contained apartment adds a living area, small kitchen and a king en-suite. Behind the house, steps lead up to a dedicated yoga and fitness studio.
Life outdoors is spread over three levels of terraces, shaded and sun-filled, with a spot for every mood, from quiet mornings to gatherings of the whole group.
The main terrace wraps the ground floor with defined areas for dining, cooking and lounging. Steps drop to the decked pool terrace, where an eleven-metre infinity pool mirrors the sky and looks out over the Adriatic to the Pakleni Islands. Above, the living space and suites open to sea-view balconies, and the top floor shares a panoramic terrace where the views are at their most spectacular.
A 30% non-refundable deposit secures the booking. The remaining 70% is due 60 days before arrival.
